My Neuro Doctor is an AI medical consultation platform. You ask a health question, AI analyzes it and provides a structured answer. For additional reliability, the answer can be sent for review by a real doctor.
AI responses are generated based on two models and synthesized into a single answer. They are informational in nature and do not constitute a diagnosis. For increased reliability, we recommend using the doctor verification feature on Pro and Business plans.
No. My Neuro Doctor provides informational consultations. We do not make diagnoses or prescribe treatments. If you experience serious symptoms or a worsening condition, be sure to see a doctor in person or call emergency services (911).
Doctors registered on the platform have undergone verification: we check their diploma, license/accreditation, and ID. Each doctor has a confirmed specialization and work experience.
General medicine, cardiology, neurology, dermatology, pediatrics, gynecology, orthopedics/traumatology, ophthalmology, ENT (otolaryngology), gastroenterology, and more. We are constantly expanding the list.
Yes. You can attach photos or PDF files with test results, discharge summaries, or medical images. AI will extract text using OCR and consider the data when generating a response.
There is a free plan with a limited number of queries. The Pro plan (with doctor verification) and Business plan (with extended limits) are paid. See details on the pricing page.
All data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS/TLS). Personal data is stored on secure servers. We comply with applicable data protection regulations. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Go to the doctor registration page. Fill out the form, upload supporting documents (diploma, license/accreditation, ID). After verification by an administrator, you will gain access to the doctor dashboard and be able to accept review requests.
Payment is processed through a certified payment service. Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards are accepted. The subscription renews automatically; you can cancel it at any time in your settings.
Yes. Auto-renewal can be disabled in "Settings → Subscription." Access will remain until the end of the paid period.
In "Settings → Delete Account." All personal data, consultation history, and documents will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
