1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Agreement") govern the relationship between DDBD LTD (hereinafter the "Operator") and an individual (hereinafter the "User") using the "My Neuro Doctor" service (hereinafter the "Service"), located at myneurodoctor.ai.
1.2. The Service provides AI medical consultations of an informational nature with the option of verification by a real doctor.
1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. The Service is NOT a medical institution, does not provide medical services, and does not make diagnoses. All consultations are exclusively informational in nature.
2.1. To use the Service, the User must register by providing accurate information: first name, last name, email, and phone number.
2.2. The User agrees not to share their account credentials with third parties.
2.3. The User bears full responsibility for actions performed using their account.
2.4. The Operator has the right to block or delete an account for violation of the Agreement terms.
3.1. AI Consultations β responses to medical questions generated by artificial intelligence. These do not constitute a diagnosis or treatment prescription.
3.2. Document Analysis β text extraction from uploaded files (PDF, images) using OCR and providing AI explanations.
3.3. Document Generation β creation of medical document templates (referrals, recommendations) based on user data.
3.4. Doctor Verification β sending an AI response for review by a verified medical specialist (available on paid plans).
4.1. The Operator is not liable for actions taken by the User based on AI consultations.
4.2. AI responses may contain inaccuracies. The Operator recommends always consulting a qualified doctor to confirm recommendations.
4.3. In emergency situations (acute pain, trauma, loss of consciousness, bleeding), the User must immediately call emergency services (911) and not rely on an AI consultation.
4.4. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for technical failures.
5.1. Some functionality is available for free with limitations. Extended functionality is available through a paid subscription.
5.2. Payment is processed through the payment processing service. The subscription renews automatically.
5.3. The User may cancel auto-renewal in their account settings. Access is retained until the end of the paid period.
5.4. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the public offer.
6.1. All Service materials (texts, code, design, algorithms) are the property of the Operator.
6.2. The User receives a non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal purposes.
7.1. The Operator has the right to modify the terms of the Agreement. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
7.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful β in court at the Operator's location.
7.3. This Agreement is governed by applicable law.
