DDBD LTD (Company Number: 12812992, UTR: 2685015139, registered address: 3rd Floor, 120 Baker Street, London, W1U 6TU, United Kingdom, hereinafter the "Provider") offers any individual (hereinafter the "Customer") services for providing access to the AI medical consultation platform "My Neuro Doctor" under the terms of this public offer.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer constitutes registration on the website myneurodoctor.ai and/or payment for a subscription.
2.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to the following services depending on the selected plan:
β AI consultations on medical questions;
β Analysis of uploaded medical documents (OCR);
β Generation of medical documents (referrals, recommendations);
β Verification of AI responses by a certified doctor (on paid plans).
3.1. Payment is made electronically through the payment processing service.
3.2. The subscription renews automatically. The Customer may cancel auto-renewal in their dashboard.
3.3. Upon cancellation, access is retained until the end of the paid period.
4.1. A refund is available within 14 days of payment, provided the services have not been actually used.
4.2. To request a refund, contact: info@myneurodoctor.ai.
5.1. AI consultations are informational in nature and do not constitute medical services.
5.2. The Provider is not liable for decisions made by the Customer based on AI consultations.
5.3. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
6.1. This offer is governed by applicable law.
6.2. The Provider may amend the offer terms with notification on the website.
6.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful β in court at the Provider's location.
